Daniel Kluemper

Executive Chef

Chef Daniel Kluemper was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, where his passion for cooking was inspired by his grandmothers and the home-cooked meals he grew up with. “The kitchen was always the room we gravitated to for great memories and fantastic food.”

With over 15 years of culinary experience, Daniel brings passion, precision, and creativity to every kitchen. A 2009 graduate of Northampton Community College’s culinary program, he has honed his skills across a range of culinary environments—from full-service restaurants to quick-service kitchens and large-scale catering events.

Daniel played a key role at a restaurant recognized as the Best Bethlehem Restaurant two years in a row, a testament to his dedication to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Whether crafting innovative menus or leading high-performing kitchen teams, he consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences.

As Executive Chef, Daniel combines deep industry knowledge with a love for food that’s both approachable and elevated—perfectly tailored for any occasion.

Outside the kitchen, Daniel enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife Elya and their son Daniel Jr., cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, and continuously expanding his culinary knowledge. “There’s always more to learn and grow as a chef—food is constantly evolving, and I strive to evolve with it.”
