Custom designed and built in Nashville TN, this 165 square foot mobile kitchen allows our team to cook your entire menu, fresh for service, virtually anywhere. This was our first mobile kitchen facility, completed in 2020.
An interesting anecdote, this kitchen was delivered just prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a company we were then able to pivot our business to a food truck model while indoor event facilities were shut down. We credit the timely arrival of this trailer with the survival of our business during the early days of the pandemic.
