Steven Clerico

Steven Clerico has, among many interests, a strong passion for both food and business. Though born in Massachusetts, he considers the Lehigh Valley his true home. He attended Parkland High School, where he formed lasting friendships rooted in shared interests in music and the visual arts — connections that remain strong today.

Steven spent several years playing in the local band Banchi and continues to play music daily. These days, he most enjoys winding down with a guitar or ukulele and singing with his wife, Alyssa, whom he married in 2024 — which he still considers the best decision he’s ever made. They love both local adventures and traveling to explore nature and other cultures. Cooking is a shared passion of theirs and they love developing healthy recipes that remain incredibly delicious.

For over eight years, Steven owned and operated a successful medical massage practice, where he developed a deep appreciation for client-centered service and refined his business instincts. Alongside this, he pursued projects in software and systems design, building tools and workflows to improve efficiency and integration in business operations.

At Roots, Steven brings this combined experience to help the team leverage technology in thoughtful ways—ensuring smooth client experiences and precise, reliable execution.
