TO ROOTS CATERING

At Roots we believe the best food starts with using the best ingredients. This isn't a new concept but one seldom practiced. As foodies, we wouldn't settle for mediocre food; why should you?  We make use of our local farms and seasonal ingredients- even grow some ourselves.

Every successful event has a few key components: excellent food, amazing service, a great atmosphere and great entertainment. You pick the venue and we'll take care of the rest.

We know what it takes to throw a spectacular party, we've been doing it for more than a decade.

KITCHENS

Located in Bath, PA, is the home of our primary kitchen. This is a 1,200 square foot commercial kitchen space giving our team the ability to complete food preparations and organize for final transport to your event venue.

PRIMARY 

OFF-SITE 1

Acquired in 2020, our 165 square foot mobile kitchen allows our team to cook your entire menu, fresh for service, virtually anywhere. Our mobile trailer provides you the freedom of venue choice while maintaining restaurant quality food service.

OFF-SITE 2

With the success of our first mobile trailer and increased demand for our service, we acquired our second mobile kitchen in 2022. The addition of this trailer allows our team to provide equally excellent food service at multiple locations simultaneously.
