A Family Favorite â Not a Catering Item, But a Roots Family Staple â¤ď¸
At Roots Catering, we love creating food that brings people together â but sometimes, our favorite dishes arenât made in the kitchen at work. Theyâre made at home, surrounded by family, laughter, and maybe a little chaos.
This Low-Carb Honey Lime Chicken Nacho Waffle Slider recipe is one of those meals. Itâs not a Roots Catering menu item, but a Roots family favorite thatâs perfect for weekends, game nights, or whenever youâre craving something crispy, sweet, and a little bit spicy.
We love this recipe because itâs fun, flavor-packed, and totally low-carb thanks to a few smart swaps â including Real Good Foods chicken and homemade jalapeĂąo bacon chaffles.
đ§ What Makes It So Good
These sliders have it all:
Crispy, flavorful chicken
Sweet and tangy low-carb honey lime drizzle
Cheesy jalapeĂąo bacon chaffles as the âbunsâ
Creamy avocado and warm nacho cheese to tie it all together
Theyâre bite-sized, bold, and impossible not to love.
𼊠Ingredients
